Dr Chad MacNaughton, DC, FNP
Dr. MacNaughton attended both Queensbury and Glens Falls High schools. He was an all around athlete in school: playing soccer, football, baseball and wrestling. Upon graduating Glens Falls High School in 1992, Dr. MacNaughton attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA on a Div I wrestling scholarship. He graduated premed with a B.S. in Biology. He then attended Life University in Marietta, GA for 4 years, graduating Summa Cum Laude with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2001. He practiced for a year in Hawaii before returning to the area. He joined TotalCare Chiropractic Center in May 2002 and work there till Nov 2010. In 2010-2011, He became Board Certified in electromyography (EMG). He started MacNaughton Chiropractic in Nov 2010-2014. He recently relocated and started Back In Balance Health and Wellness Center. He utilizes physiotherapies and many different chiropractic techniques to effectively help his patients.

Dr. Ronny Kafiluddi, MD, PhD, FIPP
Dr. Kafiluddi is a Principal and Spine Specialist with Adirondack TotalCare. He has been in practice for 24 years and specializes in spinal diagnostics and minimally invasive spine procedures.
He has been recognized by Becker’s ASC Review as one of the “150 Pain Management Physicians” to know in the US, and was selected as the Top Pain Specialist in New York by the “Leading Physicians of the World”
Dr. Kafiluddi received his medical degree from University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, and completed his residency at Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. He received a Fellowship in Pain Management and Palliative Care from Penn State University. Dr. Kafiluudi earned his PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences

Michael Parisi, PT, DPT
With over two decades of experience, Michael Parisi, PT, DPT, is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and chronic pain management. A proud alumnus of Clarkson University, Michael holds a Bachelor's in Biology (2001), a Master's in Physical Therapy (2003), and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2007).

Michael's extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of conditions, including all joint pain and sprains/strains, joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and dizziness. His commitment to patient care, positivity, and personalized treatment plans has helped countless individuals regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Lisa Grabbe, PT
With over a decade of experience in PT, Lisa Grabbe is a dedicated and enthusiastic physical therapist. Specializing in vestibular rehabilitation for patients dealing with balance issues, Lisa earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from The University of Akron in 2007, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in 2014. Additionally, Lisa holds McKenzie A & B certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Lisa has been caring for Glens Falls residents since 2015. Her active involvement in local running groups reflects her passion for sports recovery and nutrition, aimed at enhancing athletic performance, particularly for her fellow runners.

Dr. Coral Sawyer, DC
Dr. Coral Sawyer is a dedicated and compassionate chiropractor committed to helping patients feel and function their best. With a patient-centered approach and a passion for holistic wellness, she brings energy, skill, and heart to every visit.
A native of Upstate New York, Coral earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY University at Albany and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences.
Outside the office, Coral enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their dog, Jesse—whether she’s exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, or enjoying a quiet evening in. She believes that living well starts with balance, both in the spine and in life.
